TERMS OF SERVICE
GENERAL RULES
I have the right to reject a request for any reason. If I say no now there is a very low chance I will say yes later on.
I will not emulate the art styles of independent creatives.
I will not remove my watermark but I can minimize it to the commissioner’s request.
Do not claim the work is yours; please credit me when you can.
I will respect if you would not like your commissioned work online, but in that case please do not post in my place.
My work may not be used for AI databases or altering. If you have a history of AI usage I may reject your proposal or stop the project all together, no refunds.
REFUNDS
100% refund if I do not complete the sketch.
50% refund if I do not complete the linework.
No refunds if I finish the coloring stage.
In an event I must halt a commission (or take much longer than anticipated), I may reach out to you and rework a timeline, or refund you all together, which can be discussed based on timeline changes, whether or not I can finish the commission, and other factors.
COmmissioned Work use and rights
Commissions may only be for personal, non-commercial use. At this time, commissioned work may be used for:
Profile pictures and banners.
Sharing it with others, with credit, publically or privately.
Personal stickers (in messaging apps or physically).
For character profiles (ie. Toyhouse)
Do NOT use my work for the following:
Claiming it as your own work
YouTube thumbnails (may change in the future)
Merchandising (stickers meant to be sold, t-shirts, charms, etc.)
As a base meant to trace for selling/YCHs
In any AI database for sourcing or altering
Unless requested otherwise, I may post your completed commission work online with the purpose of promoting my commissions, in portfolios, etc.
Completed work can be used by the commissioner for any non-commercial purpose as listed above, as long as I am credited.
Works that are kept private may not be then posted by the commissioner as per their own privacy agreement.
I am not open to merchandising at this time.
I take Paypal (preferred) and Venmo; I do take cash at IRL events.
My time zone is Pacific Standard/Daylight Time.

What comes with the base badge:

REVISIONS
Revisions are allowed up to the coloring stage, but will be allow lesser changes as the commission goes on. If a revision is not feasible at the stage it is requested, I can reject the revision.
Up to 2 (two) major revisions are allowed at the sketch and lining stages (posing changes, outfits, detail placement, etc.) and other needed changes.
1 (one) major revision is allowed at the coloring stage (adjusting colors, correction patterns, etc). Linework cannot be changed at this stage.
1 (one) minor revision is allowed at the rendering stage. Colors cannot be changed at this stage.
